How we do things:

Intermediate

#1. Initial phone consultation. This is where we will get into the nitty gritty of what exactly you’re looking for. We will discuss your family and your needs in depth to make sure we are on the same page. Things like - weekly schedule, job responsibilities, benefits, pay, home atmosphere, parents role during the day, etc

Intermediat

#4. We will send you a list of the top candidates that we’ve found for your position. From that list, you can choose which ones you’d like to have a phone interview with and we will help you set up a day / time that works best for your family and the nanny.

Intermediate

#2. Once you decide to work with us, we will have you sign the agency - family contract, collect your non-refundable registration fee, and finally (the best part) get the ball rolling on finding you the perfect nanny! Optional at this time to have the agency come into your home and get a better feel for your environment.

Intermediate

#5. Once you’ve completed phone interviews - we will discuss any concerns / questions you may have for any of the candidates. We will go over initial thoughts and discuss which candidates you’d like to bring in for an in person interview with your family. We will then help you set up the in person interviews and option at this point to have the agency join you during your in person interview with the candidate.

Intermediate

#3. We will come up with a professional sounding job description and starting advertising your position. From the applications we get, we will handpick, prescreen, and assess potential nannies that might fit your position. This includes - personal & professional references, social media checks, web searches, background & education verification.

Intermediate

#6. Once you have decided on a candidate that you’d like to move forward with, we will help you extend an offer. Once the candidate accepts your position, then the placement fee is due! From there, we will set up a contract that the family and the nanny feels best about (this will outline nannies responsibilities, pay, schedule, benefits, confidentiality, etc). We will also support you through finding a payroll company to work with.
